My Mission Moving Forward

I do not measure my success by trophies or titles.
I measure it by how many people I help become the best version of themselves on and off the court.

I am Caroline Gossage and my goal is simple:
To develop champions in tennis and in life, who will go on to be ambassadors of the game and of the character it builds.

Creating Champions in Life:

When I first picked up a tennis racquet, confidence was not what drove me.
Determination did.

I didn’t come from privilege, and I certainly wasn’t the “expected” face of British tennis coaching. But I knew one thing. And that was I loved the game. I believed in what it could teach about life.

Decades later, I remain deeply connected to that purpose. Tennis has taken me across the world. It has also taken me inward to places of leadership, patience, and profound understanding of human performance.

I have been coaching since 1990. Along the way, I became the first Black female coach registered with the Lawn Tennis Association in the UK, and built a career quietly, through results.

I have trained juniors who have gone on to earn scholarships, win titles, guided adults returning to the sport after decades, and mentored CEOs and high achivers who now see their game as a reflection of how they lead.
What has remained constant is my belief that tennis mirrors life.
